Introduction
Contact Forensic Experts of America with a request for an expert witness.
Connection with an Expert
We will email you the expert’s current curriculum vitae and fee schedule, confirm the expert’s availability, and complete a conflict check.
Retention of the Expert
Once the client has agreed to retain the expert witness, Forensic Experts of America will invoice you a retainer to start the case.
A Retention Agreement is completed, stating you have retained the services of the expert witness through Forensic Experts of America. All invoices will be billed to you by Forensic Experts of America. All payments should be directed to Forensic Experts of America.
